Like most of us, I never knew a lot about Prosecco. However, take a look at these pictures and you’ll see some letters on the side in a chart. Prosecco is rated by the quality of the vineyard, so the more letters and the higher up the chart the better the Prosecco. It’s something to consider the next time you get a bottle. If you like something dry, find one that says “Brut” or “Extra Dry.”
